1. NOTICE OF CANCELLATION
The National Institute for the Humanities and Social Sciences (NIHSS) hereby formally notifies all prospective bidders and stakeholders that the above-mentioned tender has been cancelled.

2. REASONS FOR CANCELLATION
The decision to cancel the tender was necessitated by a revision and expansion of the scope of work to better align with the institute’s evolving operational requirements.
